How to Flip 5 Enemies with a Shield in Crimson Desert

In Crimson Desert, the Shield of Unchanging Will 5 is a Sealed Abyss Artifact that requires players to flip 5 enemies with a shield. Flipping enemies with a shield is one of the many combat mechanics in the game that is only mentioned once in passing and then never again. Here’s how it works.

Shield of Unchanging Will 5 Sealed Abyss Artifact Location: Found on a pile of rocks east of Demeniss, directly underneath the “D” of Demeniss on the map. Walk along the road shown in the screenshot above and look for the Sealed Abyss Artifact underneath the canopy of trees to the north, near the farmhouse.

How to Flip 5 Enemies with a Shield in Crimson Desert

Shield of Unchanging Will 5

In Crimson Desert, you can flip an enemy with a shield by getting very close to them with a sword and shield equipped and pressing L1 + R2 (PS5), LB + RT (Xbox), or CTRL + Right-Click (Keyboard/Mouse) to flip them above your head using your shield.

You need to be nearly hugging an enemy for the shield flip to occur. If you’re even slightly far away and not right up in their face, your character will perform the traditional Shield Bash instead of the flip (swing the shield behind you and slam into the enemy).

Additionally, if you have the Shield Parry ability from the Keen Sense Lv 3 skill, it will override the shield flip if an enemy melee attack is within parry range.

Only round shields can be used to flip enemies; larger shields do not have this capability; they can only perform the Shield Bash or the Shield Parry. The default Grey Wolf Wooden Shield can be used if you do not have anything better in your inventory.

In some cases, if an enemy is flung away from you by a traditional Shield Bash, it will also count as a “shield flip” for the purposes of this Sealed Abyss Artifact.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
